
We have a College Planning Night planned for Wednesday, August 13, @ 6:00 PM in the High School Cafeteria. High school students and their parents/guardians will want to attend, especially if they are unsure how they will pay for post-secondary education.

We will be conducting our first semester bus evacuation drill tomorrow, Tuesday, August 19 after school. This will cause the school buses to run approximately 10 minutes late taking students home.


There will be a Tiger Food Pantry on Wednesday, August 13th at the elementary school. Food distribution will begin at 4:00PM under the car canopy.

We are excited to invite you to the 2025 AMJSHS Opportunity Showcase on Thursday, March 6th, from 5:30–8:00 PM at Alexandria-Monroe Junior-Senior High School.
This event is a great opportunity to see firsthand what students are currently working on in their classes and what they can look forward to in the years ahead. Several of our community partners will be on-site to share valuable resources and ways they can support you and your children.
You will have the opportunity to purchase dinner from one of three food trucks available at the event, and don't miss out on the excitement as WLBC Radio broadcasts live to showcase all the great things happening at our school!
