There will be representatives from the Alexandria Public Library, Community Center, Police and Fire Departments, Madison County Health Department, and more! Students enrolled in Alexandria Schools are invited. Please bring picture ID and mail with address for proof of residency. If you would like to donate, you can send or drop off a check or supplies to First Baptist Church, 2107 S Park Ave on SR 9 next to El Chile Poblano. School supplies needed most are dry erase markers, #2 pencils (Ticonderoga is teacher preference), Crayola crayons (24 count), and plain 2-pocket folders.
AMJSHS Registration for new students is Tuesday, July 23rd from 9:00am -3:00pm and Tuesday, July 30th from 4:00pm-7:00pm. Please enter door #1 for completing the registration process. All families of existing students must update their information on Harmony prior to the start of school on Wednesday, August 7th.
Free and reduced meal applications have officially opened online. You can log onto
myschoolapps.com, search for Alexandria Community Schools, and fill out the step-by-step process. We encourage everyone to fill one out! If you have any questions, please call Bridget Anderson at (765)298-6211. If you prefer paper applications, you may pick one up at our back-to-school nights for elementary or junior/senior high school.

The Alexandria Athletic Department will be hosting sports physicals Tuesday May 14th at the high school from 3-5pm at the HS. The cost of the physical is $20 paid in cash, card , Venmo (Brad-Hayes-32). Physicals will be valid through the 2024-2025- school year. All students planning to participate in a JH or HS sport must have a physical on file. Physicals will be performed by Dr. Brad Hayes. Physical forms are available on the athletic website or in the HS athletic office. Please have the form completed upon arrival and if you have questions contact the athletic office at 765-298-6402.
